We have discovered that doing the Ivory Soap Experiment makes shredding the soap for making laundry detergent much easier and more fun. I had quite an experience making Fall Cupcakes for Katie. Quentin made his own game, and Katie helped him by making Mice playing pieces made out of Sculpy for the game. Quentin made a skeleton out of paper all by himself! We set up a mini-Zen garden.  Quentin also made a Paper Mouse. James and Quentin enjoyed setting up scenes and playing with their Indians and Jamestown settlers. We made Paper Leaves from the paper from our shaving cream painting and hung them in the kitchen.

  1. Beautiful and fallish! Love yours and Katie's cupcake story.

  2. What a brilliant idea to do the microwave experiment to get your soap ready for laundry detergent!!

  3. I've heard that abpout the soap...I will be trying that for sure!

  4. I so need to do the shaving cream painting.......

  5. I love the idea of turning the shaving cream art into leaves. And thanks for linking up!

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment. It means so much.
