These hot dog cupcakes make up very quickly and are perfect for a summertime bar-b-que or for September 10, National hot dog day.
Make any cupcakes you like, and frost as usual. Next take a mini Nilla Wafer and cut in half. Push each half, cut side down, into the frosting. In between slide in a Hot Tamale candy.
In minutes you have decorated cupcakes. You could add a squiggle of yellow frosting for mustard to make them even better!
