TOP SECRET BIRTHDAY MISSION

YOU HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR A TOP SECRET BIRTHDAY MISSION. SECRET AGENT QUENTIN IS TURNING 9 YEARS OLD.
PLEASE REPORT TO HEADQUARTERS FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.  DO NOT BE LATE.
TO ACCEPT OR DENY THIS MISSION CONTACT LEAD AGENT. DO NOT DISCUSS THIS MISSION WITH ANYONE.
 GOOD LUCK.
When you arrive at Secret Spy Headquarters...
You will be issued a badge and
 you will be fingerprinted.
Then we need to take you through a series of training exercises...target practice...
 practice bomb handling...
and after you drink some Truth Serum, we will see if we can tell a lie from the truth.
The Enemy Spies have stolen packages of Spy Materials. We have also been made aware of a covert mission by the Enemy Spies to infiltrate and destroy one of our spy mission offices. Your mission is to find the location of the bomb and defuse it. If you also apprehend the Enemy spy or spies that have the packages of Spy Materials and return the packages to headquarters, you will be rewarded  Be careful!

The first thing you need to do is to determine how many Enemy Spies are in on this mission.
Go to the backyard and look through the garage window and spy on the Enemy spies. Do not let them see you! How many do you see in the window?  Open the envelope with the number that matches the amount of spies you see to receive your next clue.

The bombs are located in the family room. You must diffuse them by popping them.
(One of the balloons contained the next message.)
One of our own spies has turned against us and has led us to false bombs.
Go open presents to find something you will need to complete your mission. (One of the presents was a spy decoder pen.)

Go to Henry and Quentin's Cafe and you will find a secret password hidden in the menu. Use this password to unlock a message on the computer at our Headquarters.
Use the decoder pen to reveal a secret password.
While you are there, have some snacks.

Go to our Headquarters and, using the password, unlock the message left for you by our bomb experts as to how to diffuse the real bomb. You will also need to infiltrate the enemy headquarters to get the item you need to diffuse the bomb.
The special equipment you need to diffuse the bomb, is protected with laser beams! You must cross the room to get the item without tripping the lasers. Next, go to the location of the bomb and diffuse it.
Find out the latest information on the location of the bomb.

Use the birthday cake to decode the location.

Have a piece when you are finished to destroy the decoder from the enemy.
Don't forget to sing "Happy Birthday" to the Birthday Agent.

Go to the location of the bomb and diffuse the bomb with the materials you have gotten.
Keep a sharp eye out for the Enemy  Spy with the packages of our Spy Materials. Enemy Spies with Super Soakers have been see in this area - Do not get wet!

HAVE YOU COMPLETED ALL THE REQUIREMENTS OF YOUR MISSION?
IF SO, YOU MAY KEEP ONE OF THE PACKETS OF SPY MATERIALS.
REPORT BACK TO HEADQUARTERS.  THE LEAD AGENT WILL ASSESS YOUR SKILLS, AND IF YOU PASS THIS PARAMETERS OF THIS MISSION, YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR OFFICIAL SECRET AGENT IDENTIFICATION IN THE MAIL
