Nature Study Lesson 132: Goldenrod

"This morning we are going to visit a golden city where people are all dressed in yellow and where they live together in families and the families all live on top of their little, green, shingled houses which are set in even rows along the street."

"These little houses, looking like cups, were arranged on the street stem, right side up in an orderly manner and very close together; and where each joined the stem, there was a little green bract for a doorstep. Living on these houses we found the flower families, each consisting of a few tubular discs flowers opening out like bells..."

  2. I didn't realize you are doing the outdoor hour challenges too. Our trip to PA threw us off and I need to get back on track! I love all of the pictures on your blog!

  3. Yes, we try. We are a lot less faithful this year than last year. We don't always get to in the week it is supposed to be done. I have learned a lot from looking at how you do the challenges. Thank you for your kind words. I love to take photos of my babes!
